How do I reset my password?

From the "Sign In" page, click "Forgot Password," enter the email address associated with our account, and click "Send Instructions."

The instructions email will arrive in your inbox moments after. In that email, click "Reset Password" and you will be directed to select a new password before being redirected to the catalog page. 


How do I change my password?

Once you are signed in to your account, you can change your password by clicking "My Account" from the top navigation bar/menu. Select "Password," and update your password.


How do I update my billing information?

Once you are signed in to your account, you can update your billing information by clicking "My Account" from the top navigation bar/menu. Select "Billing," and update your billing information.


How do I cancel my recurring subscription?

Once you are signed in to your account, you can cancel your recurring subscription by clicking "My Account" from the top navigation bar/menu. Select "Billing," and locate your subscription plan at the bottom of the page. Click "Change Plan" and "Cancel Membership." Your membership will be cancelled and your access to OnlyPaige will be removed at the end of your current payment period. I'm sad to see you go! 


Why is my credit/debit card being declined?

Many credit/debit cards have online purchase restrictions. If your card is being declined, please contact your credit card company to let them know that the purchase you are trying to make is valid. Some credit/debit cards also do not allow for recurring subscription billing, and therefore, may be denied. 


Can I get a refund?

Access to the OnlyPaige.com website is provided on an "as is" basis, and we don't guarantee access to any specific content. Some users in the EU may have a statutory right to cancel within fourteen days (as noted in our Terms of Use), but otherwise, we do not offer refunds.


The videos don't playback smoothly. What can I do?

Video playback depends on a lot of factors. To improve your playback experience, make sure you have a stable, fast internet connection. Also make sure you are using the latest version of your browser - Chrome, Firefox, or Safari are recommended, as you may experience issues with outdated devices and browsers. 


Can I watch videos on my phone or tablet?

Yes! OnlyPaige.com adapts to phone and tablet browsers so you can watch our content anywhere. 


Can I watch videos on my TV?

Yes! By connecting your laptop directly to your TV with an HDMI cable, you will be able to watch videos from our site on your TV.


Which Internet browsers are supported?

We recommend using the latest version of Google Chrome, but we also support Firefox and Safari browsers released within the past few years. You may experience playback issues when using out of date browser or any version of Internet Explorer.
